• Real-Time Text Messaging: Provides a facility for communications between drivers, owners, dispatchers and regulators.  This includes facilities for individual messaging or group messaging as well as emergency management functions available only to regulators and public safety organizations.
• Dispatch and Reservation: Provides real-time dispatch functionality as well as customer self-service reservation functionality.
• Credit / Debit Card Acceptance: Provides for the acceptance of all major credit cards and PIN based debit cards within equipped taxis. Transaction processing only requires 8 to 15 seconds.
• Passenger Information Monitor: When added to the in vehicle system, passenger information monitors enhance passenger experiences by providing access to directory information and by displaying PSA’s and moving location maps. They also offer operators an additional revenue source from advertising.
• Compliance Enforcement: Provides owners, regulators, and public safety organizations with the tools needed to enforce compliance issues and to locate and recover property. Includes the ability to disable meters and prevent specific drivers or vehicles from operating.
